Stoked Surf School Open for the 2025 Season

We’re stoked to announce that Stoked Surf School, Perranporth's premier surf school, is officially open for the season and we're more ready than ever to welcome you back to the waves!
Our refreshed space is packed with everything you need for an awesome surf experience, whether you're a total beginner, a seasoned shredder, or just after some beachside chill. From brand-new amenities to exciting new partnerships, there's a lot to look forward to this year at Stoked Surf School.
What’s Waiting for You This Season?
Like we previously mentioned, we’ve created a space that’s more than just a surf school; it’s a home base for surfers and beach lovers alike here in beautiful Perranporth, ideally located right next to Perranporth Beach. Here’s what you can expect when you drop by:
Indoor Changing Rooms
Stoked Surf School boasts brand new indoor changing rooms for both lessons and hire gear. Get ready in comfort before and after your surf session.
Secure Storage
With our secure storage, you can keep your valuables safe while you’re out in the water. It certainly beats burying them on the beach and trying to find them with a metal detector later!
Coffee Corner
New for 2025 is our Coffee Corner, where we supply you with our locally-sourced coffee beans. Kickstart your day or relax post-surf with a proper cup of coffee or even a hot chocolate for a truly decadent treat!
Indoor Chillout Area
Take a break, warm up, and soak in the surfy vibes. Watch a surf movie whilst chatting to Ju or the other instructors here at Stoked Surf School - We're always happy to talk all things surfing!
Merch Area
Grab some Stoked Surf School gear to remember your session or rep the brand year-round. We even stock changing robes from our favourite company ddipp and supply zinc-based sunscreen from our friends at Sun Zapper.
Outdoor Shower
Wash off the salt and sand with ease after your session. Our outdoor shower will make you feel clean and refreshed and even warm after a dip in the Atlantic Ocean!
Outdoor Chillout Space
Hang out in the sun, chat with fellow surfers, or plan your next wave. Grab a coffee from indoors and chillout next to the Perranporth River.
Time2Move Holiday Programme at Stoked
We’re proud to be part of Cornwall Council's Time2Move Holiday Programme. This is a fantastic initiative supporting children aged 5 to 16 during school holidays. Through this programme, we’re offering fun, inclusive physical activities, surf-based games, and more, alongside a nutritious meal (laid on by the wonderful folks at The Seiner's Arms) for those eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals.
The goal? Fun, movement, and access for all. Keep an eye out for available sessions during the Easter & Summer holidays – they fill up fast!

Want to book a surf lesson? We offer expert instruction for all levels, from beginners to those looking to fine-tune their technique. You’ll get two hours of quality coaching, plus all the gear you need – just bring your stoke.
Already know your stuff? You can also hire surfboards, wetsuits, and bodyboards directly from us. Ideal for those who want to ride at their own pace without the hassle of lugging kit to the beach.
